This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by GeoScience Qatar Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and associated geological field services to be deployed and executed within the jurisdiction of Qatar Doha. This document serves as a binding financial proposal for the scope of geological investigation, site assessment, and environmental geology consulting required for the client's Phase II infrastructure development project located in the Doha metropolitan area. All pricing within this Quotation Estimate is presented in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and reflects current market rates for professional Geologist services in Qatar Doha as of the date of issue.
The following scope of work has been defined in consultation with the client's project management team. All activities will be conducted by a licensed Geologist holding valid credentials recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Energy and the Qatar Geology and Mineral Resources Survey (QGMRS). The Geologist will operate exclusively within the Qatar Doha project site boundaries and will comply with all local regulations, environmental permits, and safety protocols mandated by Qatari authorities.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Geologist engagement in Qatar Doha are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork by the Geologist team; 30% upon delivery and approval of the final geological report.
- Commencement: The Geologist shall mobilize to the Qatar Doha project site within ten (10) working days of receiving the Purchase Order and advance payment.
- Duration: The total estimated duration for all Geologist activities is twelve (12) weeks, subject to weather conditions and site access in Qatar Doha.
- Compliance: The appointed Geologist and all supporting staff shall hold valid Qatar work permits, Qatari civil defense safety certifications, and shall adhere to all environmental regulations of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change in Qatar Doha.
- Insurance: GeoScience Qatar Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than QAR 5,000,000 covering all Geologist activities conducted in Qatar Doha.
- Revisions: Any change in scope beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by GeoScience Qatar Ltd. prior to execution.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, borehole logs, and site-specific information generated by the Geologist in Qatar Doha shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Qatar Doha in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
