This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas GeoConsulting SARL to provide comprehensive geological survey, analysis, and consulting services delivered by a qualified Geologist operating within the Dakar region of Senegal. The scope encompasses field investigations, laboratory analysis, geological mapping, and technical reporting in accordance with the standards set by the Senegalese geological authority and international best practices.
The designated Geologist, Dr. Mamadou Fall (PhD in Structural Geology, University of Dakar), will lead a team of four (4) junior geologists and two (2) field technicians. All personnel hold valid professional registrations with the Ordre des Géologues du Sénégal and possess a minimum of five (5) years of field experience in West African geological formations.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Geologist team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory analysis, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas GeoConsulting SARL, Banque Atlantique, Dakar, Senegal.
- The Geologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Senegal, including environmental protection statutes and local municipal permits required for drilling and fieldwork in Dakar.
- Intellectual property of all data, maps, and reports generated under this engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment. Atlas GeoConsulting SARL retains the right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Senegal Dakar, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the CCI Dakar.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Atlas GeoConsulting SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Geologist team for the geological services described herein in Senegal Dakar, subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
