This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Geological Consultancy Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and associated geological support services to be carried out within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and financial terms for the geological consultancy engagement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following professional services across designated sites in Singapore Singapore:
- Geotechnical Site Investigation: Conducting borehole drilling, standard penetration tests (SPT), and soil sampling at a minimum of twelve (12) designated locations across the project site in Singapore Singapore. The Geologist shall supervise all field operations and ensure compliance with the Singapore Standards (SS EN 1997-2) and guidelines issued by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore Singapore.
- Geological Mapping and Interpretation: Preparing detailed geological cross-sections, stratigraphic columns, and subsurface geological models for the project area. The Geologist shall interpret the lithological sequence, identify fault zones, and assess the engineering geological conditions specific to the Singapore Singapore terrain.
- Groundwater Assessment: Performing piezometer installation and groundwater level monitoring over a minimum period of six (6) weeks. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, all payable within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance:
- 30% Advance Payment (SGD 73,999.80) upon execution of the Service Agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment (SGD 98,666.40) upon completion of all fieldwork and submission of the preliminary Geotechnical Investigation Report by the Geologist.
- 30% Final Payment (SGD 74,000.80) upon delivery and acceptance of the final GIR and all supporting deliverables.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Geologist reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, resource availability, or changes in regulatory requirements in Singapore Singapore.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, the Environmental Protection and Management Act, and all applicable geological and geotechnical standards governing practice in Singapore Singapore.
- The Geologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 5,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Any variation in scope, additional boreholes, extended monitoring periods, or unforeseen subsurface conditions encountered during the investigation in Singapore Singapore shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Geologist prior to commencement of the additional work.

- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Geologist under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to use anonymised data for academic and professional reference purposes.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing resolution, through arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
