This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoMadrid Consultores S.L. to provide Constructora Ibérica del Sur S.A. with a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the full scope of geological investigation and advisory services required for the proposed residential development in Spain Madrid. The services will be delivered by a qualified Geologist and supporting technical team in strict compliance with the Spanish Royal Decree 1092/1997 (Technical Building Code — CTE), the Madrid Regional Urban Planning Regulations (Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Madrid), and all applicable national and local environmental legislation.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, fuel surcharges, or applicable tax rates in Spain.
- All services will be performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Colegio Oficial de Geólogos de España and the Madrid regional chapter. The lead Geologist shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory testing; 30% upon delivery of the final technical report. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
- All work will be carried out in full compliance with the occupational health and safety regulations of Spain (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and the Madrid municipal regulations for drilling and ground disturbance.
- The project site is located in Spain Madrid, and all permits, environmental authorisations, and third-party access agreements required for fieldwork shall be obtained by the client. GeoMadrid Consultores S.L. will provide technical support in the permit application process at no additional cost.
- Any additional boreholes, extended laboratory testing, or scope changes requested by the client after the initial Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be billed separately at the unit rates specified in Section 2.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, reports, and site-specific information generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written authorisation.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions affecting the Madrid plateau, government-mandated work stoppages, or natural geological hazards.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein for the geological services to be performed in Spain Madrid by the designated Geologist and technical team of GeoMadrid Consultores S.L.
