This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoTerra Iberica S.L. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Geologist to perform geological survey, site investigation, and environmental risk assessment services for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the municipality of Valencia, in the autonomous community of the Valencian Community, Spain Valencia. 3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of the Geologist may be subject to revision.
3.2 Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole operations; 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GeoTerra Iberica S.L. in Valencia, Spain.
3.3 Professional Liability: The Geologist and GeoTerra Iberica S.L. carry professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of 1,000,000 EUR per claim, compliant with the requirements of the Spanish Geological Engineers' College (Consejo General de Colegios de Geólogos de España).
3.4 Site Access: The client shall guarantee unrestricted access to the project site in Spain Valencia during all scheduled fieldwork periods. Any delays caused by site inaccessibility will be billed at the daily rate of 980.00 EUR.
3.5 Intellectual Property: All geological data, core samples, borehole logs, and reports produced under this engagement are the exclusive property of the client. The Geologist retains the right to reference the project in academic publications with prior written consent.
3.6 Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain Valencia.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, regulatory moratoriums by the Generalitat Valenciana, or public health emergencies.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions at the Valencia site. Should the Geologist encounter unexpected geological anomalies (e.g., undocumented karst cavities, contaminated groundwater, or unstable slope conditions), additional services will be proposed via a supplementary Quotation Estimate at the same unit rates specified herein.By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, pricing, and terms for the Geologist services to be performed in Spain Valencia. This document becomes a binding service agreement upon dual signature and the receipt of the 30% advance payment.
