This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Nile Basin Geological & Environmental Consultants to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a licensed Geologist for the hydro-geological survey and environmental assessment of the Khartoum North Basin. All fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting will be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Sudan Khartoum, in full compliance with the Sudanese Geological Survey Act (2012) and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry regulations.
The appointed Geologist holds a Master of Science in Applied Geology from the University of Khartoum and possesses over twelve (12) years of field experience in sedimentary basin mapping, groundwater resource assessment, and geological hazard evaluation across the Nile Corridor. The Geologist is registered with the Sudanese Council of Professional Engineers and Geologists (SCPEG) under License No. SCPEG-2013-0891.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Geologist are subject to reconfirmation in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of all fieldwork in Sudan Khartoum; and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- The Geologist shall submit a weekly progress report to the client's designated point of contact every Friday, detailing field activities, borehole status, and any geological anomalies observed in the Sudan Khartoum study area.
- All geological data, core samples, and digital maps produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent from the Ministry.
- Force majeure: Delays caused by seasonal flooding of the Nile in Sudan Khartoum, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the Sudanese Arbitration Centre in Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act (2005).
- The Geologist and all supporting field personnel shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to geological fieldwork in Sudan Khartoum, including proper disposal of drilling fluids and core waste.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the geological services described herein, to be performed by the designated Geologist and team within the Sudan Khartoum project area.
