The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate include the following deliverables:
- Desktop Geotechnical Review: Compilation and analysis of existing geological maps, borehole records, and seismic data specific to the Zurich basin and the broader Swiss tectonic setting.
- Field Geological Survey: On-site mapping of surface geology, identification of fault lines, rock outcrops, and soil strata across the 12,000 m² project parcel in Switzerland Zurich.
- Borehole Drilling Supervision: Oversight of six (6) exploratory boreholes to a maximum depth of 45 metres, including core logging and sample collection.
- Geophysical Survey: Ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) across the full site to detect subsurface voids, water tables, and lithological boundaries.
- Laboratory Testing Coordination: Arrangement and quality assurance of triaxial, consolidation, and mineralogical tests on collected samples at an accredited Swiss laboratory.
- Final Geological Report: A comprehensive 80-page technical report in German and English, including maps, cross-sections, risk matrices, and recommendations for foundation design, compliant with SIA 267 and SIA 262 standards.
