This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoIstanbul Professional Geological Services Ltd. to provide comprehensive Geologist consulting and field investigation services for the above-referenced construction project located in Turkey Istanbul. The scope encompasses all geological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological assessments required under the Turkish Building Law (Law No. 3083) and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) zoning regulations. Our senior Geologist team, all of whom are licensed members of the Turkish Geological Engineers Chamber (TMMOB JİMO), will conduct the following activities on-site in Turkey Istanbul:

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised due to fluctuating operational costs in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole supervision; 20% upon delivery of the final Geologist report. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- Timeline: The complete Geologist service package, from mobilization to final report delivery, is estimated at 45 working days from the date of contract signing in Turkey Istanbul.
- Licensing: All Geologist personnel assigned to this project hold valid professional licenses issued by the Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and are registered with the Istanbul branch of TMMOB.
- Revisions: Two (2) rounds of report revisions are included. Additional revisions requested by the client beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the Geologist's hourly rate of 1,200 TRY per hour.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by seismic events, extreme weather, or government-mandated work stoppages in Turkey Istanbul, as defined under Turkish Civil Code Article 136.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, borehole logs, and site-specific information gathered during this engagement in Turkey Istanbul shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Geologist services to be performed in Turkey Istanbul. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
