The following Geologist services are included within this Quotation Estimate for the project located in the Jebel Ali Industrial Zone, United Arab Emirates Dubai:

• Desktop geological review and interpretation of existing borehole logs, seismic data, and regional geological maps covering the project site and a 5-kilometer radius.
• Field reconnaissance and surface geological mapping by a senior Geologist and two junior field assistants, including lithological description, structural observations, and sampling of exposed formations.
• Design and supervision of a minimum of twelve (12) exploratory boreholes, each drilled to a depth of 60 meters below ground level, with continuous core recovery and geological logging.
• Geotechnical laboratory testing of recovered core samples, including unconfined compressive strength, Atterberg limits, grain size distribution, and X-ray diffraction mineralogical analysis.
• Groundwater assessment and hydrogeological characterization, including installation of two (2) monitoring piezometers and a 30-day continuous water-level monitoring program.
• Preparation of a comprehensive Final Geological Report in both English and Arabic, containing all field data, laboratory results, geological cross-sections, and engineering recommendations for the client's structural design team.
• Two (2) on-site progress review meetings with the client's project management team and one (1) final presentation of findings at the client's offices in Dubai World Trade Centre.

The total estimated duration for the completion of all Geologist services under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) calendar weeks from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The project schedule is structured as follows: Weeks 1–2 for desktop study and field reconnaissance; Weeks 3–7 for borehole drilling and sampling; Weeks 8–10 for laboratory testing and hydrogeological monitoring; and Weeks 11–12 for report compilation, review, and final presentation. All fieldwork will be conducted in accordance with the working hours and environmental regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region, including adherence to the summer heat-stress work restrictions issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
