The Geologist estimates a total project duration of approximately ten (10) weeks from the date of contract execution. Phase 1 (desktop study and field reconnaissance) will be completed within the first two weeks. Phase 2 (drilling and laboratory analysis) will span weeks three through seven. Phase 3 (interpretation, reporting, and client presentations) will be finalized by the end of week ten. All milestones are subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in the United States Houston area.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and core retrieval, and 30% upon delivery of the final geological report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
- The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of this engagement.
- All data, core samples, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
