4. Project Timeline

The Geologist estimates a total project duration of approximately ten (10) weeks from the date of contract execution. Phase 3 (interpretation, reporting, and client presentations) will be finalized by the end of week ten. 5. Terms and Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
  • Payment terms: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and core retrieval, and 30% upon delivery of the final geological report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
  • The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of this engagement.
  • All data, core samples, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
  • Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
