1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoViet Consulting & Geotechnical Services Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Geologist and supporting geotechnical team to perform geological and geotechnical investigation services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a definitive service agreement. All rates quoted herein reflect the current market conditions for professional Geologist services in the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area as of the date of issue.
2. Scope of Geologist Services
The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the boundaries of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, including but not limited to District 1, District 2 (Thu Duc), District 7, and Binh Tan District:
- Desktop geological review of existing borehole logs, seismic data, and geological maps specific to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City alluvial plain and deltaic sedimentary formations.
- Field reconnaissance and site visit by the lead Geologist to assess surface geology, topography, and potential geological hazards in the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City project area.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for the Geologist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of fieldwork in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geological Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by GeoViet Consulting & Geotechnical Services Co., Ltd. Payments denominated in USD shall be converted to VND at the State Bank of Vietnam reference rate on the date of invoicing.
5. Assumptions and Exclusions
This Quotation Estimate assumes standard geological conditions typical of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City deltaic plain. Should the Geologist encounter unforeseen subsurface conditions (e.g., boulders, contaminated soil, or unexpected water table levels), additional costs may be incurred and will be communicated to the client in writing prior to proceeding. This estimate excludes environmental impact assessments, hydrogeological modeling beyond the scope stated, and any third-party laboratory fees not listed above. All work shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the specific municipal codes of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
6. Validity and Acceptance
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. The client is requested to confirm acceptance in writing within this period. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be drafted, incorporating all terms, conditions, and the scope of Geologist services described herein for execution in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
