3.1 — A non-refundable advance payment of forty percent (40%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to ARS 634,040.00, is due upon signed acceptance of this document to initiate the project.

3.2 — The remaining sixty percent (60%), equivalent to ARS 951,060.00, shall be payable in two equal installments: the first upon delivery of the mid-project milestone (Items 1 through 3 completed and approved), and the second upon final delivery and acceptance of all remaining deliverables.

3.3 — All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account of Studio Creativo BA, Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110001100000000000001, or by certified check made payable to the studio. Invoices will be issued in compliance with Argentine tax regulations (AFIP).

3.4 — Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days from the due date will incur a monthly interest charge of 3% (tres por ciento mensual) in accordance with Argentine commercial law.

4.1 — The estimated total project duration is eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of the initial advance payment, assuming timely client feedback within five (5) business days for each revision cycle.

4.2 — The Graphic Designer will provide a detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reports throughout the engagement. Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide approved content, assets, or feedback will extend the timeline proportionally.

4.3 — The ongoing design support retainer (Item 7) will commence upon completion of all one-time deliverables and will be billed monthly in arrears.

5.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or the studio's operational expenses in Argentina Buenos Aires.

5.2 — All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full payment. Until such payment is completed, all work-in-progress files remain the exclusive property of Studio Creativo BA.

5.3 — The Graphic Designer is entitled to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of contract signing.

5.4 — Any scope changes or additional requests beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the studio's standard hourly rate of ARS 12,000.00 per hour.

5.5 — This agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services rendered shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

5.6 — The client acknowledges that the Graphic Designer will use third-party licensed fonts, stock imagery, and software tools. All such licenses are included in the quoted price and are non-transferable beyond the scope of this project.
