As a registered business in Australia Melbourne, all payments are subject to the following schedule: a 40% deposit (AUD 6,468.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the project slot; a further 30% (AUD 4,851.00) is due upon delivery of the first major milestone (brand identity approval); and the remaining 30% (AUD 4,851.00) is due upon final file delivery and sign-off. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the studio’s Melbourne-based account. Invoices are issued in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Late payments attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
The estimated completion period for all deliverables outlined in this Quotation Estimate is 8 to 10 weeks from the date of the signed acceptance and receipt of the initial deposit. The timeline assumes timely client feedback within 3 business days of each review milestone. Delays in client response may extend the schedule proportionally. The Graphic Designer team will provide a detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress updates throughout the engagement.
All work produced under this Quotation Estimate is the intellectual property of Studio Meridian Design Co. Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, all rights to the approved deliverables transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to scope after acceptance will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval. All services are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Australian Consumer Law 2010. Disputes shall be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) in Melbourne.
