- All work produced by the Graphic Designer remains the intellectual property of PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights, including copyright, are transferred to the client.
- The Graphic Designer is entitled to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to commencement.
- Any additional work, scope changes, or revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $120.00 AUD per hour and require written approval before commencement.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Australia Sydney prior to litigation.
