This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive creative services to be delivered by our senior Graphic Designer, based and operating in Belgium Brussels. The engagement covers the full spectrum of visual communication needs, including but not limited to brand identity development, print and digital design, packaging concepts, and marketing collateral. All work will be executed in accordance with Belgian intellectual property law and EU design regulations.

Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (€6,911.52 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This payment secures the Graphic Designer's schedule and initiates the project.
Milestone Payment: 35% (€6,047.58 incl. VAT) is due upon delivery and client approval of the Brand Identity Design and Marketing Collateral packages.
Final Payment: The remaining 25% (€4,319.70 incl. VAT) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of final project handover and acceptance of all deliverables.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in the header of this Quotation Estimate. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Belgian law (currently 10% per annum on the outstanding balance).
Invoices will be issued in accordance with Belgian fiscal regulations and will reference this Quotation Estimate number (QTE-2025-BR-0047).

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer until formally accepted in writing by the client. Acceptance constitutes a binding service agreement between PixelCraft Design Studio and the client.
All work produced by the Graphic Designer under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of PixelCraft Design Studio until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, all rights to the approved deliverables shall transfer to the client.
The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of acceptance.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the deliverables listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
The project timeline is estimated at eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of the advance payment. Delays caused by client feedback beyond the agreed revision rounds may extend the timeline and incur additional charges.
This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
The Graphic Designer shall comply with all applicable Belgian and EU regulations regarding data protection (GDPR), labour standards, and professional conduct while executing the services described herein.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for stock imagery, fonts, or software plugins unless explicitly stated. Such costs will be passed through at cost with a 10% administrative surcharge.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services described herein. The client confirms that the scope, pricing, and terms are understood and agreed upon. This Quotation Estimate, once signed by both parties, serves as the formal engagement document for the project.
