The Graphic Designer team at Studio Criativo RJ commits to delivering all items listed in this Quotation Estimate within a total project duration of twelve (12) weeks from the date of formal acceptance. The brand identity and stationery packages will be completed within the first four weeks. Digital marketing assets and website design will follow in weeks five through nine. Print collateral and the brand strategy workshop will be finalized in weeks ten through twelve. All timelines are based on the client providing timely feedback and necessary brand materials. Delays in client response may extend the schedule proportionally.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Graphic Designer team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing, 30% upon delivery of the brand identity package, and 30% upon final project completion. All payments shall be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via bank transfer to the account of Studio Criativo RJ, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- The Graphic Designer is entitled to a maximum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at R$ 350.00 per hour.
- All source files (AI, PSD, INDD, Figma) will be delivered upon full payment. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final designs for commercial purposes.
- Intellectual property: All original designs created by the Graphic Designer remain the property of Studio Criativo RJ until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client acquires full usage rights.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro before proceeding to litigation.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
