3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil São Paulo.
3.2 Payment shall be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Studio Criativo Paulista Ltda. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the Graphic Designer project. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments: 30% upon delivery of the first milestone and 30% upon final project completion.
3.3 All prices are inclusive of Brazilian federal, state, and municipal taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI) applicable to design services rendered in Brazil São Paulo.
3.4 Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and requires written approval from both parties before execution.
3.5 The Graphic Designer services described herein are subject to a maximum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at R$ 350.00 per hour.
