The Graphic Designer engagement will be executed primarily from our studio located in the Providencia district of Chile Santiago, with the option of on-site collaboration sessions at the client's premises in Las Condes. The Graphic Designer team will deliver a comprehensive visual identity package, marketing collateral, and digital design assets tailored to the client's brand strategy. All work will comply with Chilean intellectual property regulations and applicable design standards recognized within the Chile Santiago creative industry.

The Graphic Designer engagement is estimated to span six (6) weeks from the date of contract signature. Week 1–2: Discovery, mood boards, and initial concept development. Week 3–4: Refinement of selected concepts, collateral design, and digital asset production. Week 5: Final revisions, file preparation, and brand book compilation. Week 6: Handover session, asset delivery, and commencement of the 30-day support period. All milestones will be coordinated with the client's project manager and confirmed via written communication. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% (CLP 2,584,680) due upon contract execution as a mobilization fee; 40% (CLP 2,584,680) due upon approval of the final design concepts (end of Week 4); and 20% (CLP 1,292,340) due upon final asset handover (end of Week 6). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Creativa Studio SpA account at Banco de Chile, located in Chile Santiago. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Chilean commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chile Santiago.
• All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Graphic Designer is not responsible for delays caused by client feedback exceeding the agreed 3-business-day window. Each additional day of delay will extend the project timeline proportionally.
• Any scope changes or additional design requests beyond the items listed in Section 3 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before work commences.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party licensing of stock imagery, fonts, or software plugins, which will be quoted separately if required.
