This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by CreativeEdge Design Studio Co., Ltd. to Beijing Horizon Technology Group Co., Ltd. for the engagement of a dedicated Graphic Designer to deliver a full-spectrum brand identity and marketing collateral package. The scope of work outlined herein reflects the specific requirements discussed during our initial consultation held on May 28, 2025, at our studio premises in China Beijing. All pricing, deliverables, and timelines presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on the project parameters agreed upon by both parties and are subject to the terms and conditions stated in Section 6.
2. Scope of Work — Graphic Designer ServicesThe assigned Graphic Designer (Senior Level, 8+ years of experience in corporate branding and digital media) will be responsible for the following deliverables as part of this engagement in China Beijing:
- Brand Identity System: Design and development of a complete logo suite (primary, secondary, monochrome, and app icon variants), brand color palette, typography system, and brand usage guidelines document (minimum 40 pages).
- Corporate Stationery: Business cards (front and back), letterhead, envelope designs (DL and C5), and presentation folder templates.
- Digital Marketing Assets: Social media templates (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and LinkedIn), email newsletter headers, and digital banner advertisements in three standard sizes.
- Print Collateral: Company brochure (16-page, A4), product catalog cover and interior layout (24 pages), and trade show booth graphics (3m x 3m backdrop and 2m x 1m counter front).
- Presentation Deck: A 30-slide corporate presentation template in PowerPoint and Keynote formats, fully aligned with the new brand identity.
- Revisions: Up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable category are included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the hourly rate specified in Section 4.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any market adjustments will be issued.
- All intellectual property rights for the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate. Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress and source files remain the property of CreativeEdge Design Studio Co., Ltd.
- The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will work from our studio in China Beijing and will be available for in-person meetings at the client's Haidian District office up to two (2) times per week, or via video conference as mutually agreed.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in Section 2 will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the Graphic Designer's hourly rate of CNY 850 per hour.
- Payment is due via bank transfer to: CreativeEdge Design Studio Co., Ltd., Bank of China, Chaoyang Branch, China Beijing. Account No.: 1100 6888 0000 1234 567. SWIFT: BKCHCNBJ.
- Both parties agree that any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, arbitration shall be conducted by the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules, and the governing law shall be the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Graphic Designer services described herein and supersedes all prior discussions, proposals, or understandings, whether written or oral.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project, in compliance with the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China.
