1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Graphic Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Guangzhou.
2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Graphic Designer's schedule. The remaining 60% shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days of final deliverable approval. All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to our account in Guangzhou.
3. Revisions: Each design deliverable includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles beyond the included amount will be billed at ¥1,200 per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all original design files, source documents, and intellectual property rights for the Graphic Designer work shall be transferred to the client. Creative Vision Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
5. Cancellation: Should the client cancel this engagement after the advance payment has been made, the 40% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to the start of any specific work phase will result in a 10% administrative fee on the remaining balance.
6. Deliverables: All files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG, TIFF) suitable for both digital and print production. Print-ready files will include CMYK color profiles and 300 DPI resolution as required by printers operating in China Guangzhou.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies shared during the course of the Graphic Designer engagement in China Guangzhou.
