The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will work from our studio in Colombia Medellín and will follow the schedule outlined below. All milestones are subject to timely client feedback within the agreed revision windows.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of Studio Creativo Andino, Colombia Medellín:
- 40% Advance Payment (COP 11,440,000) — Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 35% Progress Payment (COP 10,010,000) — Due upon approval of the brand identity concepts and commencement of packaging design.
- 25% Final Payment (COP 7,150,000) — Due upon delivery of all final files and completion of the project.
All amounts are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT (IVA 19%) as per Colombian tax regulations. The USD equivalent is provided for reference only and is based on the exchange rate on the date of issue.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or the Graphic Designer's availability.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at COP 350,000 per hour, as determined by the assigned Graphic Designer.
- Scope changes or additional deliverables not listed in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties before work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia Medellín, Antioquía.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary brand assets, product information, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Delays in client response may extend the timeline proportionally.
