- A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 30% is due upon completion of the Brand Identity and Marketing Collateral phases.
- 30% is due upon final delivery of all remaining deliverables.
- The monthly Graphic Designer retainer fee is invoiced on the 1st of each month, payable within 15 days.
- All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to our account at a licensed bank in Kinshasa, DR Congo, or via international wire transfer as agreed.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A maximum of three (3) revision rounds are included per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at $75 per hour.
- The Graphic Designer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including tax obligations and commercial licensing requirements in Kinshasa.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, infrastructure disruptions, or public health emergencies affecting DR Congo Kinshasa, may result in schedule adjustments. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
- Confidentiality: All client information, brand assets, and project details shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Graphic Designer and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services in DR Congo Kinshasa.
