- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of all design assets.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional services, revisions beyond the three included rounds, or scope changes will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately by our Graphic Designer team.
- All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account of Creative Horizon Design Studio, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from invoice date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party costs such as professional printing, photography, stock imagery licensing, or domain registration. These will be quoted separately if required.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to request a minimum of five (5) business days' notice for any project cancellation. In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with Ethiopian intellectual property laws and the regulations of the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Authority (EIPA) based in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the scope, pricing, and terms outlined in this document.
