3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability commitments may be subject to revision by the Graphic Designer team at Atelier Lumière Design Studio, Marseille, France.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of the mid-project milestone and 30% upon final delivery of all Graphic Designer deliverables. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our account in Marseille, France, within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
3.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the final approved Graphic Designer work products shall transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the completed work in their professional portfolio and to reference the project in France Marseille industry publications, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is executed.
3.4 Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable as specified. Additional revision cycles beyond the included scope will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of 85.00 EUR per hour, subject to a minimum billing of two hours.
3.5 Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel the engagement after the initial deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after the mid-project milestone will incur a 50% charge on the remaining balance. All work completed prior to cancellation remains the property of the Graphic Designer until full payment is received.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Marseille, France region.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs based on the current scope of work described. The final invoice may vary by up to 10% if the scope of the Graphic Designer services is modified by mutual written agreement. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the French standard VAT rate of 20% applicable in Marseille, France.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services in France Marseille and authorizes Atelier Lumière Design Studio to proceed with the work as described herein.
