1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to resource availability of the Graphic Designer team.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
3. The client is responsible for providing all brand assets, copy, and product information in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback beyond 5 business days per revision cycle may result in schedule adjustments and additional fees.
