Terms and Conditions

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions for Graphic Designer services in Germany Berlin.
Payment Terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the brand identity deliverables (Week 3), and the remaining 30% upon final file handover (Week 12). Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio and case studies, subject to the client's written consent for confidential projects.
Revisions: The quoted price includes three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revision cycles beyond the included rounds will be billed at a rate of EUR 95.00 per hour, consistent with standard Graphic Designer freelance rates in Berlin.
Third-Party Costs: Costs for stock photography, premium font licences, or specialised print production services are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be invoiced at cost with a 10% handling surcharge.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or significant disruptions to the Berlin metropolitan area.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
