The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will operate under the direct supervision of our Frankfurt-based creative director and will be available for on-site consultations at our studio in Frankfurt am Main or at the client's premises within the Frankfurt metropolitan area. All deliverables will comply with German commercial law, DIN standards for print production, and applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR) where client data is involved in design assets.

The Graphic Designer will commence work within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The estimated project duration is eight (8) weeks from the start date, with milestone deliverables scheduled as follows:

• Week 1–2: Brand identity concepts and initial logo presentations (Germany Frankfurt studio or remote).
• Week 3–4: Stationery and digital asset production; first revision cycle.
• Week 5–6: Print advertising and packaging design; second revision cycle.
• Week 7: Final revisions, file preparation, and 3D renderings.
• Week 8: Delivery of all source files, brand guidelines PDF, and final on-site walkthrough in Frankfurt.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in the Germany Frankfurt creative sector.
• Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance, 40% upon delivery of mid-project milestones, and 20% upon final file handover. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days via SEPA bank transfer to our Frankfurt account.
