Terms & Conditions
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in the Germany Munich creative sector.
2. Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. 40% due upon completion of the Brand Identity Redesign (Item 1). 30% due upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at Commerzbank München (IBAN: DE89 7502 0500 0009 8765 43).
3. Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the standard hourly rate of €95.00 per hour.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design assets and source files become the exclusive property of Bavaria Innovations AG. PixelKreativ Studio GmbH retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes in Germany Munich and internationally, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is executed.
5. Cancellation: Should the client cancel the project after work has commenced, all hours worked up to the date of cancellation shall be invoiced. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total Quotation Estimate value applies if cancellation occurs after the first deliverable has been approved.
6. Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany (München).
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this Graphic Designer engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of two (2) years.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Germany Munich.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be drafted and executed by both parties upon written acceptance of this estimate. All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are subject to the standard 19% German Value Added Tax (Umsatzsteuer). Travel expenses within the Munich metropolitan area are included; travel to other German cities will be invoiced at actual cost.Acceptance & Signatures
