A non-refundable deposit of 50% (GHS 28,200.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work.
The remaining 50% (GHS 28,200.00) is payable upon final delivery and client approval of all deliverables.
For the ongoing digital and social media component, monthly invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month, payable within 14 days.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch, or by certified cheque. Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Cash) is accepted for amounts up to GHS 5,000.00.
Overdue payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Ghanaian commercial practice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Ghana Accra.
All designs and intellectual property created by our Graphic Designer team become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
Our studio reserves the right to use completed work in its professional portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to commencement.
Any additional services or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
All work is subject to the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before proceeding to litigation.
Our Graphic Designer team guarantees a minimum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed at GHS 500.00 per hour.
File formats delivered will include AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and source files as applicable. Print-ready files will be supplied with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour profile.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for stock imagery, fonts, or software plugins unless explicitly stated.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services to be rendered in Ghana Accra. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement.
