This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared by our senior Graphic Designer team based in India Mumbai to provide you with a transparent, itemised breakdown of all professional design services we propose to deliver. As a studio operating exclusively out of Mumbai, Maharashtra, we bring deep local market knowledge combined with global design standards to every project we undertake in the India Mumbai region and beyond.

Scope of Work & Itemised Services

The following Quotation Estimate covers the complete engagement of our Graphic Designer team for the development of a comprehensive brand identity system and associated marketing collateral. All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, which will be added at the time of invoicing.

Project Timeline

The Graphic Designer team at PixelCraft Design Studio, Mumbai, estimates a total delivery timeline of 4 to 5 weeks from the date of advance payment receipt and project kickoff. A detailed week-by-week milestone schedule will be shared upon contract signing. All deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the client before final file handover.

Payment Terms

50% Advance (INR 2,05,910) – due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
30% Milestone (INR 1,23,546) – due upon approval of brand identity and stationery suite.
20% Final (INR 82,364) – due upon delivery of all remaining assets and source files.

Payments may be made via NEFT/RTGS to our Mumbai bank account or by demand draft. A tax invoice will be issued against each payment as per Indian GST regulations.

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. Until then, all work-in-progress remains the property of PixelCraft Design Studio, Mumbai.
The Graphic Designer is entitled to a maximum of two revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions will be charged at INR 2,500 per hour.
Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) will be delivered in editable format. Third-party stock assets used will be licensed for the client's commercial use.
This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for photography, video production, copywriting, web development, or print production. These services can be arranged separately upon request.
Any delay in client feedback beyond 5 working days per milestone will extend the project timeline accordingly.
This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
PixelCraft Design Studio, operating from India Mumbai, reserves the right to decline or modify scope if the project requirements change materially after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted.
Confidentiality: All client data, brand assets, and project details shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential by the Graphic Designer and the studio team.

Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work described herein. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as a binding service agreement between the parties for the engagement of the Graphic Designer services as outlined above.
