- All design files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be handed over in their final, print-ready, and web-optimized formats upon full payment.
- The assigned Graphic Designer will conduct a kickoff meeting (in-person at our Connaught Place office in India New Delhi or via video conference) within 48 hours of receiving the advance.
- Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be charged at INR 2,500 per revision hour.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Our studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the GST regulations as enforced by the Government of India. A tax invoice will be issued in compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or infrastructure failures in India New Delhi, may result in timeline adjustments with mutual written consent.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
