Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth working relationship between our Graphic Designer team and your organization in Iraq Baghdad:

30% Advance Payment ($3,840) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
40% Mid-Project Payment ($5,120) – Due upon approval of the core brand identity and stationery deliverables.
30% Final Payment ($3,840) – Due upon delivery of all remaining assets and final sign-off.

All payments shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to our account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch, or by certified check. A formal tax invoice will be issued for each payment in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Our Graphic Designer team retains the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio.
The project timeline outlined above assumes timely feedback (within 5 business days) from the client. Delays in approval may extend the schedule proportionally.
Any additional services, scope changes, or requests beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing before work commences.
All designs will be delivered in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG) at print and screen resolution. Source files will be provided upon final payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party costs such as professional photography, stock licensing, domain registration, or web hosting, which will be billed at cost if requested.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
Our Graphic Designer team commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data shared during the engagement.

Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services described herein, to be performed in and for the Iraq Baghdad market. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
