Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 40% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This secures the Graphic Designer's schedule and initiates the project.
- 35% Milestone Payment: Due upon delivery and client approval of the Brand Identity and Print Collateral packages.
- 25% Final Payment: Due upon completion of all deliverables and final handover of source files.
All payments are to be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account of Studio Levant Creative, Israel Jerusalem. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% in accordance with Israeli commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Graphic Designer's availability or market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio.
