This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon written acceptance by the client, a formal service contract will be drawn up in accordance with Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Articles 1321–1353) and the applicable provisions of the Italian Commercial Code. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of the standard 22% Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) as currently in force in the Campania region.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the studio's designated account in Naples. A 40% advance payment is required to commence work, with the remaining 60% due within fifteen (15) business days of final file delivery and written client approval. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 296/2006).
All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer and Studio Grafico Vesuvio S.r.l. retain the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's prior written consent for confidential projects.
