This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this document, 30% upon delivery of the mid-project milestone (end of Week 4), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and written client approval. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Studio Creativo Roma, Italy Rome. Invoices are issued in accordance with Italian fiscal regulations (fattura elettronica).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Italy Rome.
All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Our Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The project timeline of eight weeks assumes timely client feedback (within 3 business days per revision round). Delays in client response will extend the schedule proportionally without additional cost.
Up to two (2) revision rounds are included per deliverable as specified. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of EUR 120.00 per hour, as per our standard Graphic Designer hourly rate in Italy Rome.
All design files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) with full font licensing documentation. Print-ready files will include bleed, crop marks, and colour profiles (CMYK – ISO Coated v2 / FOGRA39).
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party costs such as professional photography, stock imagery licensing, or physical print production unless explicitly stated in the scope above.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this document will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
Governing law: Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and the scope of Graphic Designer services as described herein. This document constitutes a binding agreement between Studio Creativo Roma and the client for the execution of the design project in Italy Rome.
