The estimated duration for the completion of all Graphic Designer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) weeks from the date of formal acceptance and receipt of the initial payment. The timeline will be managed by our lead Graphic Designer based in Mexico, Mexico City, with weekly milestone check-ins scheduled every Friday. Any delays caused by client feedback beyond the agreed revision rounds will be communicated in writing and may extend the delivery schedule accordingly.
Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon signing of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon approval of the brand identity phase, and 30% upon final delivery of all deliverables. All payments are to be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account of Studio Creativo MX, Banco BBVA, Mexico, Mexico City. A formal invoice (factura) compliant with Mexican SAT regulations will be issued for each payment milestone.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Mexico, Mexico City, or changes in material and software costs.
5.2. All intellectual property rights for the final approved designs will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Until such payment is completed, the Graphic Designer and Studio Creativo MX retain all rights to the work.
5.3. The client agrees to provide all necessary content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in project delays, for which the Graphic Designer team shall not be held responsible.
5.4. Any additional services, revisions beyond the included rounds, or scope changes not covered in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately at a rate of $1,200 MXN per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
5.5. This agreement is governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in Mexico, Mexico City. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Mexico, Mexico City, before proceeding to litigation.
5.6. Studio Creativo MX reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, subject to the client's written consent. Confidentiality of all client materials is guaranteed throughout the project duration and for two (2) years thereafter.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services to be rendered in Mexico, Mexico City. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both parties.
