The following Quotation Estimate covers the complete engagement of our senior Graphic Designer and supporting creative team based in Netherlands Amsterdam. All work will be conducted in accordance with Dutch commercial law and the applicable VAT regulations of the Netherlands.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule to ensure a smooth collaboration between our Graphic Designer team and your organization:
- 40% advance payment (€5,193.32 incl. VAT) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be transferred to our bank account at ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands (IBAN: NL91 INGB 0000 1234 56).
- 40% interim payment (€5,193.32 incl. VAT) due upon approval of the primary logo concepts and brand direction.
- 20% final payment (€2,596.66 incl. VAT) due upon delivery of all final files and completion of the onboarding session.
All payments are to be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Dutch tax regulations. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as per Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Netherlands Amsterdam creative sector.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs will transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until such time, the Graphic Designer and Studio Visueel Amsterdam B.V. retain all rights to the work.
- The client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable as outlined above. Additional revision rounds will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Our Graphic Designer team will work in compliance with all applicable Dutch labor laws, data protection regulations (GDPR), and the Netherlands Amsterdam municipal business licensing requirements.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Our studio maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of €2,500,000, valid throughout the Netherlands and the European Union.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services to be performed in and around Netherlands Amsterdam. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties under the terms and conditions stated herein.
