- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to revise rates based on current market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% due upon delivery of the primary brand identity package, and the remaining 20% due upon final project completion and sign-off.
- The Graphic Designer (Harbour Creative Studio) retains full intellectual property rights over all source files, design concepts, and creative processes until final payment in full has been received and confirmed in writing.
- Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless a written confidentiality agreement is executed.
- Revisions beyond the scope specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $145.00 NZD per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All work will be conducted in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand. The Graphic Designer is a registered business operating from New Zealand Wellington and complies with all local and national regulatory requirements.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in New Zealand Wellington before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned by both parties. The Graphic Designer may decline the engagement if the project scope changes materially from what is described herein.
- Force majeure: The Graphic Designer shall not be liable for delays caused by natural events, including but not limited to earthquakes, volcanic activity, or severe weather events common to the New Zealand Wellington region.
