The Graphic Designer team at PixelCraft Creative Studio in Nigeria Abuja estimates a total project duration of eight (8) weeks from the date of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A detailed week-by-week schedule will be provided upon contract execution. Milestone-based delivery ensures that the client receives partial outputs at the end of Week 2 (brand identity), Week 4 (stationery and collateral), Week 6 (digital assets), and Week 8 (final handover and support onboarding).

• 50% Advance Payment: NGN 1,341,062.50 due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work by the Graphic Designer.

• 20% Final Payment: NGN 536,425.00 due upon final handover of all deliverables and sign-off (end of Week 8).
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Payment is expected within five (5) business days of invoice issuance.
