This Quotation Estimate assumes a total project duration of eight (8) weeks from the date of client approval and receipt of the initial deposit. The timeline is structured as follows:
- Week 1–2: Discovery, mood boards, and initial logo concepts by the assigned Graphic Designer.
- Week 3–4: Brand identity finalisation and stationery suite development.
- Week 5–6: Social media pack, marketing collateral, and website mockups.
- Week 7: Client review, revisions, and finalisation of all assets.
- Week 8: Delivery of all final files, brand guidelines, and onboarding for the ongoing support retainer.
- 50% Deposit (NGN 1,173,750): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work. Payment via bank transfer to our account at Zenith Bank PLC, Lagos, Nigeria.
- 30% Progress Payment (NGN 704,250): Due at the midpoint of the project (end of Week 4) upon delivery of brand identity and stationery assets.
- 20% Final Payment (NGN 469,500): Due upon final delivery and client sign-off of all remaining deliverables.
- All payments are due within seven (7) working days of invoice issuance. Late payments will attract a 2% monthly surcharge in line with standard commercial practice in Nigeria Lagos.
- The ongoing 3-month support retainer will be billed monthly in advance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Nigeria Lagos.
- All designs and intellectual property created under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Our Graphic Designer team reserves the right to request additional briefings or reference materials to ensure the highest quality output.
- Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written client approval before work commences.
- CreativeEdge Design Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by client-side feedback exceeding the agreed revision rounds or by third-party print vendors in Nigeria Lagos.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with the Nigerian Copyright Act and applicable data protection regulations.
