This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a specialized creative agency headquartered in Pakistan Islamabad, in response to the formal request received from M/s. Al-Karam Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd for comprehensive visual branding and marketing design services. Our team of experienced Graphic Designer professionals will deliver a complete suite of design assets tailored to the client's corporate identity, digital presence, and print marketing requirements.
The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables, each to be executed by our senior Graphic Designer team under the supervision of the Creative Director. All work will be conducted in accordance with the design standards prevalent in the Pakistan Islamabad business community, while adhering to international best practices in visual communication.

- Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate value (PKR 432,824) due upon signed acceptance of this document.
- Milestone Payment: 35% (PKR 378,721) due upon delivery of the Brand Identity Package and Stationery Design.
- Final Payment: 25% (PKR 270,515) due upon final delivery of all remaining deliverables and client sign-off.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Design Studio, Meezan Bank, Pakistan Islamabad Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890-1234.
- Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the hourly rate of PKR 8,500 per hour for the Graphic Designer team.
- Brand Identity & Logo: 15 working days from project kickoff.
- Stationery & Marketing Collateral: 20 working days.
- Digital & Social Media Assets: 10 working days.
- Packaging Design: 15 working days.
- Total estimated project duration: 60 working days (approximately 12 weeks).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All design files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be delivered in their final editable formats upon receipt of the final payment.
- The Graphic Designer team reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions will be charged at PKR 12,000 per round.
- PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for stock photography, premium fonts, or specialized software plugins, which will be billed at cost if required.
- Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary brand assets, product images, and content within five (5) working days of project commencement to avoid timeline delays.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and timelines as specified. The engagement of our Graphic Designer team shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment.
