The Graphic Designer team at our Pakistan Karachi office estimates a total project duration of four (4) weeks from the date of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The timeline is structured as follows:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- A 50% advance payment (PKR 545,750) is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and client sign-off.
- All designs are created by a dedicated Graphic Designer assigned exclusively to this project. The client will have direct communication access to the lead designer throughout the engagement.
- Up to three (3) revision rounds are included per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at PKR 8,000 per revision cycle.
- All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Creative Pixel Studio (Pvt) Ltd., Karachi.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for stock imagery, premium fonts, or specialized software plugins unless explicitly stated.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at HBL Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, or via Meezan Bank, DHA Branch, Pakistan Karachi.
- Any scope changes or additional deliverables requested after project commencement will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh.
