The Graphic Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of eight years of experience in corporate branding, print production, and digital media design. All work will be executed from our studio premises in Qatar Doha, ensuring direct collaboration with the client's in-house marketing team and adherence to local regulatory requirements for commercial advertising in the State of Qatar.

The Graphic Designer will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the signed Quotation Estimate and the initial 40% advance payment. The full project is estimated to be completed within eight (8) weeks from the start date, with milestone deliverables submitted for client approval at weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8. All timelines are subject to the client's timely feedback, which should be provided within three (3) business days of each milestone submission. The Graphic Designer will coordinate all scheduling directly with the client's project manager based in Qatar Doha.

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate value (QAR 26,311.20) due upon contract signing to initiate the Graphic Designer's work.
• Milestone Payment: 35% (QAR 23,022.30) due upon approval of the brand identity and stationery deliverables at Week 4.
• Final Payment: 25% (QAR 16,444.50) due upon delivery of all final files and completion of the project at Week 8.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the studio's account with a local bank in Qatar Doha. Invoices will be issued in Qatari Riyals (QAR) in accordance with Qatar Tax Authority regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Qatar Doha.

• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar Doha, State of Qatar.
• The Graphic Designer will comply with all applicable Qatari laws and regulations, including the Qatar Advertising Standards and any sector-specific guidelines relevant to the client's industry.
