1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding offer and does not form a contractual obligation until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
2. All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. The Graphic Designer assigned to this project (Dmitry K. Sokolov) shall be the primary creative lead. In the event of unavailability, a substitute of equivalent seniority will be assigned with prior client notification.
4. Revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds per deliverable will be billed at a rate of 4,500 RUB per hour, consistent with prevailing Graphic Designer day-rate standards in Russia Saint Petersburg.
5. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be delivered in a structured folder hierarchy. Print-ready files will be supplied in PDF/X-4 format with 3 mm bleed.
6. Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In such case, all work completed to date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
