This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure mutual commitment and cash-flow alignment:
- 30% Advance Payment (SAR 29,497.50): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to project kickoff.
- 40% Progress Payment (SAR 39,330.00): Due upon approval of the Brand Identity and Stationery deliverables (end of Week 4).
- 30% Final Payment (SAR 29,497.50): Due upon final delivery of all remaining assets and handover of the complete brand library (end of Week 8).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Creative Vision Studio LLC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Invoices will be issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry without prior notice.
- The Graphic Designer services described herein are exclusive to the client named in this document and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without written consent.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Creative Vision Studio LLC reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional design requests, scope changes, or revision rounds beyond the three (3) included per category will be billed at a rate of SAR 1,200 per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
- The project timeline of eight (8) weeks assumes timely client feedback within the stipulated five (5) business-day windows. Delays in client response will extend the timeline proportionally.
- All work is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
