4.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in the Senegal Dakar creative services sector.

4.2 – Payment shall be made in CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account of Safi Ndiaye Creative Studio, domiciled at the Banque Atlantique, Dakar, Senegal. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this quotation to commence work.

4.3 – The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal installments: 30% upon delivery of the first milestone (Brand Identity and Print Materials) and 30% upon final delivery of all remaining deliverables.

4.4 – All invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Senegalese commercial law applicable in Dakar.

4.5 – The Graphic Designer shall provide a minimum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of 50,000 XOF per hour.

The estimated completion timeline for all deliverables outlined in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) weeks from the date of contract signing. The Graphic Designer will provide weekly progress updates to the client and will conduct bi-weekly review meetings at the client's office in Senegal Dakar or via video conference as mutually agreed. Final files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) with full source file ownership transferred to the client upon final payment.

Upon full and final payment, all intellectual property rights to the completed design work shall be transferred exclusively to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed. All project materials, client data, and business information shared during the engagement in Senegal Dakar shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing fees for stock photography, premium fonts, or specialized software plugins. Should the client require such assets, the Graphic Designer will provide a supplementary cost addendum prior to procurement. All work is subject to the Creative Services Code of Practice recognized in Senegal Dakar.
