- Deposit: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (R 72,105.00) is due upon acceptance of this document and prior to commencement of work by the Graphic Designer.
- Progress Payment: 30% (R 43,263.00) is due upon delivery of the mid-project milestone (completion of items 01 through 04).
- Final Payment: The remaining 20% (R 28,842.00) is due upon final delivery and written client sign-off of all deliverables.
- Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account of Creative Vision Studio (Pty) Ltd, First National Bank, Cape Town Branch. Account details will be provided on the official invoice.
- Overdue Payments: Interest at the rate of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by South African law) will be charged on outstanding balances exceeding 14 days from the due date.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the South Africa Cape Town design industry.
- All work produced by the Graphic Designer remains the intellectual property of Creative Vision Studio (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights and licences are transferred to the client as specified in Item 09.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to withhold final source files (AI, PSD, INDD) until all outstanding invoices have been settled in full.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the three included revision rounds will be quoted separately and require written approval before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The formal service agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
- All services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, Western Cape.
- The Graphic Designer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client information, brand assets, and project details shared during the engagement.
