This Quotation Estimate is issued by Han Design Studio Co., Ltd., a registered creative agency operating in South Korea Seoul, to formally outline the professional Graphic Designer services to be rendered to the above-named client. 5. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to Han Design Studio Co., Ltd., Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the following schedule:
- 50% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (by June 20, 2025).
- 30% Milestone Payment: Due upon approval of the Graphic Designer's concept presentations (by July 25, 2025).
- 20% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all final production files (by August 15, 2025).
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in compliance with the Korean Commercial Act. All invoices will be issued in Korean Won and will reference this Quotation Estimate number.
6. Terms & Conditions
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design assets created by the Graphic Designer shall transfer ownership to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Scope Changes: Any modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional fees will be calculated based on the Graphic Designer's hourly rate of KRW 150,000.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.
7. Acceptance
