Scope of Services – Graphic DesignerOur Graphic Designer, Marta Solé, along with a supporting team of two junior designers, will be responsible for the full creative execution of this project. All work will be carried out from our studio located in the Eixample district of Spain Barcelona, ensuring direct collaboration and rapid turnaround times. The scope encompasses brand identity development, packaging design, in-store visual materials, and a complete digital asset library tailored to the Mediterranean retail aesthetic.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Spain Barcelona.
2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment (€11,020.68) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (€16,531.02) is payable within 30 days of final project delivery. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design files and intellectual property rights transfer to the client. Our Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to prior written approval from the client.
4. Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes two revision cycles per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate of €85.00 per hour.
5. Timeline: The estimated project duration is 10 to 12 weeks from the date of the signed contract. The schedule will be confirmed in a detailed project plan provided within 5 business days of contract signing.
6. Cancellation: Should the client cancel the project after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to commencement incurs no charge.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the course of this engagement in Spain Barcelona.
AcceptanceBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services described herein. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
